Conkers galore

Conker hunt was a success with the kids despite the chestnut trees shedding their conkers early this year, we managed to gather quite a few. So the kids enjoyed a game of "conkers" on a string.

I was pleased to learn spiders don't like conkers so I've dispersed several around the house in the corners as those beasts are turning up way too big for me!
