Always a Thrill...To See Sand-hill

Except for four walkers and another late arriving photographer, I had 94 glorious minutes alone with a crane couple. They wouldn't leave the shade, but it was still enjoyable.

I also had some chickadees eating out of my hand, but I didn't get any pictures.

I put a funny picture in my extras. 19 long-lensed picture takers were trying to get shots of an eagle couple, while a single sand-hill crane was wandering among them. (Lisa thought I should use it.) Also, 3 other shots of my crane couple.
