Sunset from Tunnel View

Big vista shot! Fabulous views from up here, just a shame the view point is so popular that we had to share it with coachloads of tourists. The same was not true the following morning when I made Rob get up for sunrise - funnily enough we got it all to ourselves then!

I took loads of shots from up here & settled on one that was a bit of a closer crop because those dark shadows creeping up in the bottom right corner look a bit odd in the wider angles.

There were some fabulous shots taken from this angle on show in the visitors centre. At certain times of the year the sun catches water falling over the rocks and makes it look like a river of fire. Not much water around when we were there though - forest fires instead!!
