Fish Tickling In The Almond

The eagerly awaiting sequel to "Salmon Fishing In The Yemen" was premiered in West Lothian last night.

The world wide premier of "Fish Tickling In the Almond" was shown to an empty bingo hall in Dedridge last night, as stars of stage and screen from across the road opted to watch The Great British Bake Off instead.

Despite the hundreds and thousands hundreds of thousands of pounds spent on the design and installation of the new Kirkton Weir Fish Ladder, the local fish still prefer to bang their wee fishy heids against the brick wall by taking the long and more difficult up and over route.
