Rainbows...

..in bubbles, moving across the surface in mesmerizing, swirly patterns.

I'll never forget discovering this about soap bubbles..I was around three years old and playing at bath time when I realized that this happens if you hold them up to the light at the right angle.
Perhaps my first light bulb moment, the first I can clearly recall, anyway.
