Working in Edinburgh today and at my final meeting of the day I was standing outside with my client (who I know really well) at St Andrews Square when we spotted an old lady with a wee dog who had clearly just fell.

Having not witnessed the fall we went to her aid and managed to get her onto her feet and onto a bench.

She was very confused poor thing and had a bloody nose.

We managed to phone her daughter and agreed that my client would drive her there as it was near his route home.

After that I walked back to the car park via Princes Street Gardens and it had well and truly brightened up after a serious downpour earlier on.
