Shut eye

My life at the moment seems to consist of food shopping, going to the physio and clearing out my old gent's food cupboards (I can't tell you the horrors of that last).

Today I walked into town via the nature reserve and took this blip of the long-defunct Friarsgate doctors' surgery for October's Derelict Challenge.  The woman who photobombed was a definite plus and her shut eyes made me smile.  The rest of the day then rolled on as above.  I am now tired and sore and in need of a little shut-eye myself - but not before I've seen your journals :)
