St. James's Park: Lonesome Bird
Cuter in large.
It had to be the Ross's Goose (finally), even if this is one of the less exciting photos that I took... The others kept far from the path again, but this one was by itself with the bar-headed geese.
"Scrambling shelduck" is my more exciting extra.
Today's waterfowl are on Flickr here (or right from this shaking shelduck).
Alternatives/Extras:
Shelducks: impolite Pilates, scrambling, flapping, head ducking (with Chihuly splash)
Usual suspects: Black swan, Heron in flight, Red-breasted goose, Bold pigeon, gadwall (m), gadwall (f)
Bar-headed geese: John Woo scene, swimming (with bridge reflections), from above (series to right), preening, Pilates
Barnacle geese: begging, chasing Greylags (2 of 2), chasing pigeons (1 of 2)
Ross's geese: staring, grazing /weeping, itchy face, preening
Northern pintail: dark and light, light and dark, paddling towards plants
