Autumn

My friend MT took me out for tea & cake then a run around doing various tasks then ended up at Lauriston Castle grounds.

Quick walk around the trees before heading home for a snooze. The stress is catching up & body says rest but brain doesn't.

Miss taking flask out and sitting in nature, especially when autumnal colours are coming out.
