My favourite dinner

Slow roasted Brisket in Ginger Wine with new potatoes, baby onions, carrot and turnips all laid out in a large home made Yorkshire pudding and covered in gravy.

Hours in the making by my dearest and minutes in the consuming by me.

Marie is on the mend and a lot brighter than yesterday, work actually going well so some week days do not get any better than this.
