Round in circles?

A trip to Dorset again and then meet up with an old friend in Bath. Jeeze! That's one city that's made a right mess of their roads, and to think the Roman's built straight roads. Whilst walking through the town centre this caught my eye, having read up on it I'm slightly disappointed that the library didn't go round in circles as it would suggest. I'll be dining there on Friday when we say farewell to some colleagues, the library is now owned by Jamie Oliver.
