Malteser

You could be forgiven for thinking that this is a member of the Malteser species but no it's a little plumped up Flame Robin with lots and lots of attitude. I think I've mentioned this before, but every spring since I've been at Wombat Hollow the Flame Robin has returned to nest. It's always so joyful when we see them for the first time each year and they do tend to stay around for a few months until they have their babies. Apparently they move down to the Western Plains during the colder months.

A very very ordinary day at golf today. Some highs and plenty of lows. Oh well, there's always another day.
