Goat's Beard

Even though we have not had frost, all of my gardens are slowly shutting down. I have fall Asters, a few marigolds and roses still blooming. What you are seeing today is goats beard. A very fragrant fall flower, it is. It's not very showy, so you have to go and smell it; the scent will not come to you. Are any of you familiar with goat's beard?
