Welcome Home

We have return guests arriving and after a long day of work on this public holiday I have spent time re-provisioning the house and making sure their bedroom was set up.

Earlier, I spent the day at IESE on a diplomatic mission to reconcile different sides with different views on certain matters. My style is naturally conciliatory and non-conflictive, so I helped make up for some preceding Spanish bull effects in metaphorical china shops! I ended up by addressing the whole class and setting the scene effectively for the next Module in December. All in a day's work.

Oh, and I wrote 18 reports on 18 young MBAs' stories that I watched yesterday. My own writing experience getting a rare direct outlet!
