Boring (but healthy) Blip

Crazy busy day, worked late on a rush project then raced to train, straight to the gym, hopped on bike and taught spin class. Whew.... Did manage lunch with my sweetie and adopted adorable daughter S, who i havent seen in ages. This photo is of a spinch leaf that made it's way in to my smoothie this morning. I loved the heart ❤ shape of it. It was the best i could manage for picture taking today i am afraid.
