a dip in the tub

finally the ot tub was the right temperture albeit a bit hot but useable. so we chucked on our towels and ran outside and went for a dip. the kids loved it. erin could stand with the water at shoulder height so walked around , jumping off the seats and caleb loved to have a little float.

today we headed to dartmouth, we wanted to visit a different beach so google told us that the nice ones were over that part of devon. the surprise was when we were driving down the road to the sat navs instructions that said 'board ferry'!! it turned out to be more of a floating bridge than a ferry but still exciting, the price not so much but hey hey.

got to the beach and by then the wind had picked up, perfect weather to fly a kite. collected pebbles then headed off for some lunch.

back to the lodge, dip in the hot tub, followed by baths and showers, tea and another round of xfactor.
