Lilac blossom?

This gorgeous tree was glowing in the morning sun as I went for my walk at around 6:00 this morning. It is just so pretty. I think it's a lilac tree even though it's pink. (I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong). And using pink as a segue into pink October for breast cancer :)
