Celebration Biryani Feast!

Today was a quieter day and I took the opportunity to teach G how to make biryani, something she's wanted to learn how to cook for ages! Today was the day. She did very well to keep up and even learnt how to make some other family specialties! She's mastering the art of cooking curries. Needless to say it was DELICIOUS. Biryani is a mogul dish that is usually made/served at feasts, weddings and other special occasions. It can take up to 4 hrs to make, but I've managed to get it down to about 2. So G did really well to keep up, she really wanted to learn.

GK popped open a bottle of pink champagne to wash it down with, what a treat! Wish I could share the yumminess with you all.
