Testing the new lens...

so my new (2nd hand) 18-105mm lens turned up at 730am this morning!!!

I had already been at work for an hour so vicky signed for the parcel... i finished work at 2 which was nice (and a rare thing!!)

So... instead of going to my moms to pick Joel up.... I went straight home and tested my new toy out!!

As you can see, i hadnt finished testing it by the time i picked Joel up!!!

First thoughts are that its gong to take me soem time to get used to it, im that used to my 35mm 1.8f that its seems heavy and slow!!! But im sure i'll love it once im out and about... Been shooting at iso 400-3200 today... and all seemed ok...

Now, i cant wait for my new D7000 to arrive!!!
