The ageing process!!

Not used to seeing such a range of change on one flower head!!

A trip to the gym this morning, the first since before our July holiday. I took it easy as I don't want to suffer unnecessarily !!

Afternoon tackling the washing, 5 loads and drying, deadheading in the back garden, plus long overdue email replies. 

A quiet evening is on the agenda :0)
