Friday night in

The fire is lit and the Ards Man is listening to the Ulster vs Wasps rugby match on the radio. We're waiting for our prawn biryani and aubergine with fennel and cumin to cook - just 10 more minutes! I have rediscovered my Madhur Jaffrey 'Curry Easy' recipe book and it's wonderful!
