A Mystery Machine?

  I went to Ocala today and drove by this interesting van on the way.   I really wonder what the mystery is or what the machine is?   Aside from the obvious van and vehicle that runs on 4 wheels I had no other clue in the yard as to what it's name refers to.   But, I liked the colors and thought the paint job was well done.
