Visitor!

This was exciting! I'd only been in Norwich was a week, and already had a visitor! Carrie came to stay for a couple of nights, on her travels. We had lots of fun, going to see Norwich historical places, eating food, dropping jaffa cakes in cups of tea (well I didn't do that...), and showing her the mythical university (she thought my hoodie was some geeky tv reference...).

Here's Carrie on the Broads, in front of Suffolk Terrace. She got into Norwich in the afternoon, and after a quick cuppa we went out to uni to have a look around. After a walk around the lake we went to the Belgian Monk for their bargain 2 for £11.25 main meal deal, and some beer. They were out of cider, so I tried beer, but it still isn't great. Then we went on to the Fat Cat, a Norwich pub institution, and enjoyed the proper pubbiness of it all.
