Spreading Her Wings

Samantha has found the joys of the London markets. Not particularly a fan of olives she thought I might like the photograph of the olive counter.
Cheese is a different matter, in another life Sam might have been a mouse, she has cheese with everything!
She had a Bratwurst for her dinner followed by ‘Ghost’ biscuits before setting off for a guided ‘Ghost Walk’ in the evening.
Happy and content she is living life to the full.
Joshua meanwhile enters his fourth week of basic training. No photographs to show plus he has no TV, radio or newspapers and his mobile for only a limited time in the evenings. Continually striving to be the best he has increased the pressure on himself but appears to be coping.
Clare and I meanwhile are now into our routine, eating better and getting marginally more exercise we are both looking forward to seeing them both in three weeks.
