Nose to the grindstone

I'm bigging up my efforts for the day. First tutorial of this academic year and the first of a new module so I was nice and early in Canterbury. Good turnout (for a technology course - colleagues in the Arts would be upset with fewer than double figures). Then over to Oare for a walk along the shore. There must have been some good birds about as there were a lot of folk watching something on the flood but I just wanted a walk.
