Say it with saffron

A traditional Cornish cream tea, brought north for my sweet-toothed elderly neighbours, who always keep an eye on my gaff during my frequent absences.

Saffron buns from Penzance, thick strawberry jam and proper Cornish clotted cream (on top, of course, unlike those odd sorts who have jam on top!).
