Too late to go Blip hunting, as I need sleep, so out of desperation, this light. Had just replaced its 60W filament lamp with a 6W LED type, which appears brighter along with being whiter. Had been considering replacing the fitting, but after finding replacement LED lamps are now available, that was a better option.

Have changed most of the lights around house to LED types. Just the kitchen to sort out... sometime. That will require new fittings.
