Chutney

More of the windfall apples have been joined by other ingredients and turned into Hot Indian Chutney, to a recipe my mother often used. However, I used prunes instead of plums, so the result is very dark, so you get to see the lids instead.
It will now sit and mature for a few weeks, to be ready in time for Christmas.
