A busy and slightly frustrating day, you know the kind when Idiots in call centres make you want to scream and so many small irritating things happens you wonder if its just you being grumpy?

This is a sign that hangs in my office, just to remind me..........

Lovely coffee with one of favourite clients to round off the day then some Water babies. Now back to work, sorry a poor excuse for a blip, but it has been one of THOSE days ....
