Why do the cows cross the road?

To get to the better pasture, of course. I headed out to pick up my mom to come stay with us for a week or so and had a slight delay while this dairy farm moved their cows. Luckily the cows are cooperative and well behaved - the only thing confining them was a thin rope on each side.
