Lunch boxes

The satisfying sight of the lunch boxes, retrieved from the various bags, washed, dried and stacked ready for re-filling and packing in bags tomorrow.

I am a great believer in the philosophy that if your lunch boxes are cheery then whatever is inside will taste better. This belief is closely linked to my great love for boxes made by Paperchase. How many Russian doll sets of plastic boxes are too many do you think??

The little one left his lunch box at school on Friday. I didn't see anyone come out of the building with it but apparently it was found in the school grounds and returned to him on Monday, with the lovely addition of what I can only equate to about half of the soil from the flower bed in which it seemed to spend the weekend, but alas, minus the Darth Vader water bottle.

I'm behind again with blips, just can't seem to keep up at the moment! Will back blip from our anniversary weekend in Fife at some point later in the week and check in on others blips then too. For now though, cup of tea, hang up the washing, and then, bed.
