Parking Not a Problem

We parked near these damaged cars on an inner southeast street with plenty of parking - shockeroo.
Then we walked south for dinner and north for music. Dinner was sandwiches at Ford Food and Drink housed in an old building where Fords were assembled years ago. I liked it, the food and the ambiance. Then we listened to a short set of jazz at Firkin Tavern that bills itself as a no-nonsense place. The quartet was led by the trombone playing son of a friend who wrote most of the tunes but did play Thelonious Monk's “Friday the 13th.” Monk would have been 100 earlier in the week.
