Mountain fun

A great day on the hills. Beinn Dorain and its neighbour. Extremely cold but bright. Made the most of the short day, with a straightforward but spectacular walk. A great new year boost, after I suffered with a heavy cold (and job uncertainty) over Christmas. First serious outing with my SLR, and pleased with results. Of course, this shot, straight into the sun, was bound to have a blown out sky, but I like the shot anyway, for all sorts of reasons.
