Friend or Foe

Made the effort to go into the garden this morning to do some serious cutting back and weeding........everything is growing at a great rate of knots and what was a bare patch a year or so ago, is now becoming a jungle !!  I was wondering what to blip today as an alternative to flowers when I saw this caterpillar on the terrace.........very colourful and bristly :)

Am going to have a soak in the bath now with some Epsom salts......I've heard they are very good for aching backs !!
