to the skies

now today we went to Staverton air port to watch the Vulcan do its last flight of the year ........ so i could put a blip of the plane as it came quite low and had all its under carriage on display but hubby was in charge of the camera and i was in charge of the poorly princess..... when i did get hold of the camera i managed to take this shot^^^ of the grid locked traffic no one was getting in no one was getting out !! we decided that as we couldn't get car moved from where we had found space to park we would stop in the pub and wait for crowds to die down...
much better option as whilst drinking out bevvies the Vulcan flew past again!!

it was a packed out afternoon and a pleasant afternoon all there waiting and watching for the same thing and all following the route via mobile phone lol ( was a tad nerdy ) but kids loved it and probably wont geT to see it like that again !!!!
