From the Tower at Aulanko

Aulanko Forest Park just outside Hameenlinna is one of my favourite places of all and was the inspiration and subject matter of the first photo book I ever made. We spent a good part of today moseying about enjoying its wild beauty. This was one of my last photos of the day, looking more or less due North West as the sun began to think about setting for the day.
