So a few days ago, I went to check in to a flight to Madrid over the half term, and discovered my passport was missing. Had to cancel the original, and then today, after a morning in school, I had to drive over the Fens, on some fairly sketchy roads to the Passport Office and go through the admin to get a replacement at short notice...
