A For Effort

Spent a fun day with my favorite blip buddy Mary Jo (on the left) at a class to learn how to paint dot mandalas.  Our instructor, Kirstin Uhrig (the photo bomber), is a mandala goddess on youtube and does some seriously beautiful work which can be seen behind us and in Extras. 

This wasn't the only fun thing we did -- we added some shopping, dinner and more shopping before finally calling it a day.  I'm not sure I'm ever going to be a big fan of this particular art but it was fun to try it for an afternoon.
