Saturday's Bud

This first day of this new month found me reading, commenting, and scoring the second major writing project that my students have completed. I am teaching one extra class this semester so I am a little overwhelmed.

A quick stop in the backyard brought a refreshing moment of beauty and a glance at the rose that was just a bud two days ago.

Okay, the reading and grading continues, so I'm outta here for now. Ugh!
