Hergest Croft Gardens . . .

. . . with its autumn colours is stunning! We spent a good few hours exploring and cream teaing!

Poppy then disgraced herself by taking  off into the woods in the the seconds between jumping out of the car and her lead being attached!!  She really is a bad dog!!!

We'd booked the Swan to celebrate lynnes 50th birthday in the evening and managed to get the cake there without her knowing!  It had a fantastic reputation, but we found out it had changed hands just the week before and a few reviews were a bit to bizarre, but we needn't have worried as the food was excellent.
