Hurricane Sun

It felt like evening all morning. There has been a strange, yellow glow and the sun red. The birds all but disappeared and the atmosphere reminded me of the eclipse of 1999.

It's very windy now but the sky has cleared (2.30pm) and the sun is yellow again.
