before sunrise

I'm usually getting daughter up at about sunrise, and we often watch it together. These days in Edinburgh it's about 8.40am (yes, we both sleep quite late). Interesting trivia: even after the days start getting longer, after winter solstice, sunrise continues to get *later* for about ten days. It's true!
