Windy

Although we didn't catch the worst of it, it was exceptionally windy and very gusty today.  When we found out that schools, public services and offices were all closing we decided to call off our focus group scheduled for tonight.  Just as well, it is too dangerous to take unnecessary journeys.  Difficult to capture movement in a still photograph, especially as I was unwilling to go too far from home.  This is a tree in our garden, curved and bent left to right by the wind. The light was eerie all day, Saharan dust we are told.
