Loch Ness Monster?

Nope, but along SR-11 on Chuckanut Drive in Skagit County, someone has put a buoy in Bellingham Bay that was pretty well done and I'm sure has created a lot of picture taking and curiosity for many viewing it. Lisa and I stopped by to get a few pictures while the tide was in because then it bounces up and down and appears to be moving. When the tide is out it just looks like a stick in the mud drawing little or no attention but when the tide comes in.......well, it seems to come alive!
