One step closer.

Today we have had the plastering finished around the new front door. The plasterer is the Dad of Stus hairdresser and he's done a brilliant job even re skimming a pilar which the last plasterer had bodged. He's the first person I've ever met who can drink more tea than my mom. Once the plaster has dried out we will have no excuses and can get on with decorating the hall, stairs and landing.
The door people were supposed to be coming out too as we have a few issues but they called up first thing and canceled. Not happy but at least we haven't handed over any money yet!
