Fighting

What an awful day. Our hearts are heavy and we grieve as the fighting started further south; the disputed city taken; so many killed; thousands upon thousands tonight are staying who knows where having fled their homes; people are looking at yet more war; queues for petrol are ridiculously long as oilfields have been shut off. Thankful for time spent with distressed friends reading Ps 23 which they loved.
