Portrait in the Park

We had some close friends come and stay with us at the weekend which was very nice. On Saturday afternoon we went to Stanborough Park to see the ducks, geese, swans and the brazen water rats that scurry across the path despite people being nearby - caused a few shocks with the ladies as you can imagine!

This shot was taken by one of our friends and both of us are really pleased with it. Caz is 33 weeks pregnant here!

The B&W conversion was done in Aperture which seemed to handle the task really well. Any comments or thoughts on B&W conversion welcome. I tried very hard not to bleach out the skin tones on this occassion.
