Mini nightmare low beam lightbulb replacement

Thought this would be easy but Mr. Youtube said different. I have to go through the wheel well and feel my way. 
Weekend job.
Hope I don't get a ticket in the meantime. 

What's with all my lightbulb going south all the same time?
