Black Volga, the Soviet limousine, was a car that was reputed to cruise Eastern Bloc countries in the 1960s and 70s abducting children to sell their organs to rich westerners. It makes a sinister name for a bar that is nothing but welcoming, with a host of Polish craft beers available and staff who will help you get your bearings soon after stepping off the train in Sopot. It's quite a new bar, and will undoubtedly get more Jarvis as at ages.
