Out on show but not quite

I was awarded this jersey last year . Supposedly we can wear them for a year until the next Nationals , which are in under two weeks . I have hardly worn it , but thought today I should start , and as it was pouring with rain it still didn't go out on public display but stayed indoors on the wind trainer
